Since I don't have all the pieces for my Gruul Stomp deck yet, I'm just going to work with the cards I have right now. I want to use the following cards, at least some of them, in any color combination (colors include red/blue/white); I'm listing the amount I have of each card, not necessarily how many I want to use in the deck:

((The question mark after each number means that I have at least that many, maybe one or two more. Also, I have a handful of Mono-Red Bloodrush cards that would work well as Instants/Extra Creature spells.))
I think your best bet with this list is something UR. {Spellheart Chimera} burn and counters to protect will put a quick clock on the board.

Obviously the numbers here are not correct but something more like this....
Add more burn/ bounce / counters and see if you can trade for a full set of the chimeras you'll have fun.
There's always the {Flamespeaker Adept} + {Aqueous Form} combo
