Me personally would drop magma jet and toss in {read the bones} and whip of erebos can replace dreadbore. Need some more draw power and I think that some bones will help you. And the whip can help get more info with lifebane zombie and give lifelink to help stabilize. I would try and fit ashiok in here instead of the pyromancers but that's just my opinion. As far as sideboard goes maybe devour flesh as another out for blood baron and more life gain.
