I want to make my first mono colored deck and I was thinking of chainer dementia master any suggestions
Some mono black staples I can think of:
{Nightmare}
{Korlash, Heir to Blackblade}
{Liliana of the Dark Realms}
{Corrupt}
{Exsanguinate}
{Tendrils of Corruption}
{Quag Sickness}
{Dakmor Sorceress}
Your standard resurrection package would be a good start, if you want to go down that path (which I believe is a fine one for Chainer decks). Effects like {Buried Alive} to fill your grave, and effects like {Rise from the Grave} to fill your field. That, combined with black's love of removal, should allow you to hit your opponent pretty hard, and keep their field clear of threats. You better run {Chainer's Edict}, at least for flavor ;)
There are a few black cards I'd throw in any commander deck possible:
{Painful Qaundary}
{Rune-Scarred Demon}
{Phyrexian Arena}
{Demonic Tutor}
And my favorite, {Sheoldred, Whispering One}
Sheoldred could even be a great potential backup commander for you!
There's also some fun "huge" spells like {Curse of the Cabal} which are difficult to drop, but are really fun to watch go off, if you want that to be your game plan.
EVERY black deck needs a {Necropotence}. Especially when starting at 40 life.

It wasn't banned? (Still skeptic of banned cards in a casual format)
Thnx for all the ideas and I think I'm gonna go for the full reanimator package plus some big black guys along with chainers edict for flavor

Nope, Necropotence is perfectly legal in commander. Check the banned list in the sticky up top ;)

what is the point of this card at all i dont see y u would want to pay a life to get cards when there are cards tht give u cards without loosing life same thing with {Phyrexian Arena}
You've clearly never played with a {Necropotence} before. Believe me when I say, it's sooo much better than it seems at first glance...
It's all about resource management, my friend.

The fact is, it's the most powerful draw engine available. Being able to trade any amount of life for card draw is amazing. Imagine being able to keep your hand at 7 cards for the entire game.
It was initially used with low costing creatures and hand control, such as {Order of the Ebon Hand}, {Hypnotic Spectre}, {Hymn to Tourach}, {Ivory Tower}, etc. Being able to drown your opponent in card advantage is an amazing thing to have on your side in Magic.
Heck, the card overran magic so much, that it had its own summer named after it, that being "Black Summer." Check it out for more info if you're interested! Point being, the card is REALLY strong, even though it looks kinda like garbage the first time you read it.
{Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur} and the blue card that has u draw cards so u have the same number of cards in ur hand as ur opponent. its not black but u dont lose life

It's also a creature, which means removal and burn makes it really easy to get rid of (not to mention combat). It's also not optional; it forces you to nearly mill yourself out just to have card advantage. It's generally a lot nicer to keep your hand at 7 (or whatever you want) than to draw seven every turn (which wastes a lot of cards). And that's not even mentioning the mana costs ;)
The point is, necropotence puts you in complete control of your hand, instead of making you wildly draw a lot of cards. This amount of control is very powerful. It's a very hated (and loved) card for a good reason.
I concur. I f---ing hate {Necropotence} and want it banned. I've been praying for this since the Ice Age....
still praying...
{Grave Pact}
{Sanguine Bond}
{Exquisite Blood}
{Butcher of Malakir}
{black market}
