In my opinion: not enough land, not enough answers to early game threats.
Relying on creature for your mana is well and good but you've got SIXTEEN very expensive drops there, the combination of the planeswalkers is decent but i'd prefer to see more token spam or more repeatable ways of landing creatures from library to battlefield without having to pay.
These kind of tricks often work better with a mimic coloured deck instead. (see {unexpected results})
Drop, say, 8 if your biggest creatures , lose the hammer and look at bringing the curve in a bit more, or getting more creatures on the board sooner.
