Title: fabled hero vs fiendslayer paladin
Post by: DirtyMustachio on October 01, 2013, 03:13:03 PM
Ok I'm already biased towards {fiendslayer paladin}
What I want is for someone to make a compelling arguement for why I should go from
4 {fiendslayer paladin} and 2 {fabled hero}
To 3 " "  and 3 " "

Honestly the fiendslayer having that evasion is what really gets me off.

Fabled Hero can represent a Turn 4 win, assuming your opponent doesn't block it.  Just Giant Growth it twice and it becomes a 10/10 with Double Strike.  I would either do a 3-3 split, or sideboard the Fiendslayers against the colors it's good against.  A 2/2 Double Strike will generally be more useful in the blind match.

Wow. I didn't really  need as much convincing as I thought

However the paladin works much better if you are also attacking with {archangel of thune}.
It really depends on what else is in your deck.
