Maybe you could make a "To Do" list thread at top for people to see so that you don't have people adding redundant ideas? Like this one might be. =)
But maybe that is more trouble than it's worth.

Minion do it) a list of things for people to see (frequently asked or just ones you want them to see) so that they aren't being redundant. =)
By the way, is there a way to utilize the "sample hand" (or fishbowl) function on someone's posted deck? Because it might help people give better imput.
This might be possible by letting someone temporarily load or copy someone else's deck in a separate section to then use it in the deck-building section of the app rather than somehow incorporating it into the forum itself. Then again it might also be possible with a hypelink. But I'm no pro at programming so I'm not sure this is even possible.
