Title: Making my Girlfriend an Anime Figurine

Hey guys,so my GF's birthday os on Nov 19. I'm planning to make her a figure of Corporal Rivalle(Levi) from the anime Shingeki no Kyojin(Attack on Titan).Any advice on what substance to use and/or what tools to use to make the face?

Plaster cast a real one if there are any or depending on how good you are at sculpting try it out of clay.
