If you're running RDW you need {ash zealot} and {legion loyalist}. Also, how much is white helping you? Boros reckoner goes into mono red, and while boros charm is nice, they should hopefully be dead by the time you need it.

Maaka flows better in creature heavy decks.

Is  {Ash Zealot} as necessary now that flashback and  {Snapcaster Mage} have cycled out?

Agree with Ash Zealot being vital for this deck.
Spark Jolt will also be useless a lot of the time and I would remove it.
The deck seems reactive rather than proactive at the moment and I would add more creatures to be more aggressive. Probably Chandra's Phoenix, Firedrinker Satyr and Fanatic of Mogis.

{Spark Jolt} is there to scrye and to pop small creatures.  It is more for the first than the second.  I have found I really like seeing what I have coming up and being able to have some control over it.
