Title: Could burn be viable in standard?

With all the cards like guttersnipe, young pyromancer and all the new burn coming-back like shock and magma jet .

Yea. It might end up splashing white. {Boros charm} and {Boros reckoner} are both really good in burn decks

Red deck wins (RDW) is always viable, and even more so on a rotation.
