26 land is a lot!  don't most RDW run like 19?

This is my first attempt, so mana base down to 20 maybe?

Looks too standard ish IMO.  Look up some RDW lists online, there are some really powerful burn spells and aggro creatures that you are missing out on that you need that slip my mind. Kinda wondering what the point of Kiki Jiki is here as well.  Him and Splinter Twin are nearly useless here...  All they can copy are one drops for 4 or 5 mana.

 {Lava Spike},  {Hellspark Elemental},  {Keldon Marauders}.

Would definitely cut the  {Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker},  {Krenko, Mob Boss},  {Shock}

Yanks for the help guys! Also, I'm thinking to add {Regathen Firecat} , {Hellspark Elemental}, and {Vexing Devil}, and cutting the Mirror breaker. splinter twin, Krenko, and Shock.

No to the firecat, the others I like.  The firecat is insanely slow and easy to get rid of for modern.

I would cut back on hammers... No more than 3... 2 is a good number for most decks

 {Goblin Guide}

This could be so much better if you play Deathrite Shaman, Grim Lavamancer, Goblin Guide and maybe Vexing Devil as your main creature core. (Could splash Blue for Snapcaster Mage, but I would suggest against that)
Also, play Lightning Bolt, Lava Spike, Bump in the Night, Boros Charm, Rift Bolt, Skull Clamp, Shard Volley and Searing Blaze.
Land base should consist of Scalding Tarn, Blackcleave Cliffs, Arid Mesa, Blood Crypt, Sacred Foundry, and Mountains

{Arc-Slogger} has a very good ability of dealing {Shock}-like damage. The only downside is the ten card exile. It has a stable P/T of 4/5 for {3}{R}{R}.Plus I've lost to this guy many times...It's up yo you,I think {Arc-Slogger} is a good card in most RDW.

Why in the world is Tibalt here and why haven't you added all the good burn spells that have been suggested?

Skipping your second turn just to gain a little life per turn isn't an option in modern, especially in red deck wins. He needs to get on the board as fast as possible and shouldn't care about his own life total too much...

Way too slow. By turn 6 I should have won.
