IMO -3 {Annihilating Fire} and -1 of something else for 4 {Rakdos Cackler}.

I'd recommend modern for things like {Lightning Bolt}, {Kiki Jiki mirror breaker}, {Goblin Guude}, and {Warren Instigator}.

Except he put this in standard for a reason.......

IMO -3 {Annihilating Fire} and -1 of something else for 4 {Rakdos Cackler}.

Except then what would he do for pesky {voice of resurgence}?  {annihilating fire} gets rid of voice without making the token.

Exactly

I know- I just recommend making it modern because there are some pretty awesome modern RDW cards.

My Goblinmancer Ascension is my modern deck and it uses 3 of the 4 cards you mentioned

Sounds cool. If you want to keep this standard, Stormbreath Dragon, Phurorus (red god) and his hammer could all be good if you don't already have them (I didn't see them)

{Stormbreath dragon} is a tad on the slower side, however if you do add him in, he is the one that wins you games. {Hammer of Purphuros} is a great RDW card, and should almost be an auto include.

How is a 4/4 haste flyer for 5 slow??
Thundermaw dominated standard and was in mono red, jund. This is the new thundermaw with pro white.  Sorry this is a must have and is amazing.

Last format, thundermaw killed off lingering souls and tapped down restos. Storm is still good, but he's nowhere near as good as thundermaw

Storm breath doesn't need to tap down souls or Resto.  He would have just swung right through them with pro white.

Boardwipe + lets your mini's swing past angel or 1 weaker pro white dragon swing?

Not saying Stormbreath is better, but in your situation he is pretty similar.

With all the devotion purphoros would work well in here

You should consider side boarding the Annihilating Fires. Voice isn't the most popular card right now, an if you do see g/w, but auto-board it. What you need here is the fourth fanatic for possible t4 kills, and some {Mizzium mortars}. Mortars takes care of most big things in the format right now, and being sorcery speed is no longer of consequence now that thundermaw, hellrider, and {flinthoof boar} are gone. I'd also advise dropping one of your other 2 cmc burn spells for a third mortars.

As far as sideboard goes, {burning earth}, {pithing needle}, {Chandra, pyromaster}, {Frostburn weird}, and {hammer of purphoros}.

I want to build a deck like this but I am unsure about sideboard. Many rdw decks have recommended frostburn weird in side. Why and which cards would you remove and against which matchup? Also, what cards would you consider naming with pithing needle? I just never know what cards to take out when siding in.

OK I sideboarded the fires and added 3 mortars. Also I dropped 1 magma jet for a 4th fanatic.

+1 {Magma Jet}, -1 of any of your other burn spells.  {Magma Jet} is truly awesome.
