Notes:
Jor is my commander I don't have all the cards and I still would like suggestions. I'll have to end up proxying most of the cards because I don't have the money.

Playing {R} and {W} I HIGHLY recommend 5 cards...

{Aurelia the warleader}
{Gisela, blade of goldnight}
{Boros reckoner}
{Boros charm}
{figure of destiny}

I realize you are going for an affinity theme and these cards have little to contribute towards that end, however, they are so OP for their colour set.  You ARE ultimately trying to activate Jor's +3 to your creatures clearly, and with double damage, or extra attack phases, or indestructibility from board clear, they would add to the job of utterly beating down you opponent with Jor and his buddies...

He should only have one of each though ;)

I completely forgot about those what should I take out, because I have no clue what to take out

Quest for the holy relic
Concussive bolt
Inferno Titan
Mirrorworks
Blade-tribe berserkers

In my opinion. But it's ultimately you're call. There might be a really good combo with some of those cards than I'm missing, in which case grab something else.  Imagine late game when you're really hoping for that card that puts it away. Something that changes the game just by being there. Not waiting till next turn or waiting to trigger on your next upkeep. {R}{W} is aggro. Hit hard, hit fast, and leave your opponent no choice...lol

This is what I came up with

+{Aurelia the warleader}
+{Gisela, blade of goldnight}
+{Boros reckoner}
+{Boros charm}
+{figure of destiny}

-{manor gargoyle}
-{kuldotha Phoenix}
-{blade tribe berserkers}
-{auriok sunchaser}
-{quest for the holy relic}

There ya go. Looks like a strong deck...I might go with a bit more land. 33 is a little low. When I ran 33 I never got land consistently enough. I run 35 now and even the 2 lands make a difference in my starting hands.

Okay I have an idea on what to take out for land

This looks really solid! I don't think you need much here at all.  {darksteel juggernaut} might be fun tho.  :)

Thank you to everyone that helped, I guess it's time to start proxying

I run {bludgeon brawl} and {leonin shikari} which makes things lulzy with the lattice. Also, {vulshok battlemaster} does serious work with swords, which I highly recommend, as well as an {avacyn, angel of hope}. The tyrant is amazing, and {kemba, kha regent} is great with {puresteel paladin} if you think you have enough equipment. 1 thing most decks should run is {trailblazer's boots} because EDH is the land of odd and nonbasic is commonplace to say the least.

This deck needs a {Great Furnace}. And {Sculpting Steel}. I'm also a big fan of {Trading Post} and {Springjack Pasture} being added together. Post seems pretty wicked in this deck, and combos well with Springjack.

This deck is pretty great, I played it and it can get nasty. One game he ultied Ajani to wipe my lands and then dropped a {Spark Trooper} while {Jor Kadeen, The Prevailer} had Metalcraft and he used {Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion} to hit in for 18 with lifelink and trample.

{seize the day} works great with Aurelia, too. Well, good with anyone, really...lol
