Title: Martial Glory + Heroic abilities

Could I target  {Akroan Crusader} both times with  {Martial Glory} to get two tokens? Or would it only trigger once?

Would only trigger once as it is only one spell.

Bear in mind that even if there's only one spell ( {Martial Glory} ) if you target 2 separate creatures, both will trigger :)

Yeah i was actually thinking the only thing in standard that can trigger more than 2 heroic at the same time is {Flames of the Firebrand} lol
