I'd replace Divine Favor with another human. The best options I can think of are Cartel Aristocrat, Phalanx Leader or Precinct Captain. All have their upsides and downsides.

I'd also replace Blind Obedience with Imposing Sovereign as it does the same thing but is a human.

{Imposing sovereign} doesn't have extort, and is more susceptible to removal, being a creature.
i would side the sovereign, if your worried about enchantment removal.

{syndic of tithes} will snag you that human extort @ 2mana

{ultimate price} will make a great sideboard card :)

{High Priest of Penance} is a crazy wall. No one will attack you

Any idea on the making this really competitive!

I suggest using  {Cartel Aristocrat} to increase the durability against midrange decks. Also look into {Elspeth, Sun's Champion} and  {Heliod, God of the Sun} for value town.

I think {cartel Aristocrat} should definitely be in the deck. Never hurts to have a sac engine

I was planning in using {agent of fates} heroic ability as removal! So everyone of my auras are in-effect remove spells!

Banisher Priest would be good in the deck
