Yes! They create two seperate triggers. So say your opponent lost 5 life that turn. First one triggers so they lose another 5. Second one triggers and they lose 10!

Yeah sounds about right.
It's especially scary cuz it's life loss and from about an hour of looking through cards is alot harder to deal with than damage.
