{Vorel of the hull clade} + {Azor's electors} Maybe with {ludevic's test subject} as plan b.
Add card advantage, mana acceleration or control to taste.
What do you guys think?
{Burst of Strength} or {Hidden Strings} to do it again in a turn, perhaps?
Vorel works great with both burst of strength and bioshift
Bio shift would be irrelevant for this combo though, as we're looking for hatchling and filibuster counters, not +1's. Proliferate would work well too, but I tried to keep it standard.
Burst of strength and hidden strings are both good picks though!
{Clockspinning}x2 + Buybacks + Vorel + Electors = win? I think would work pretty well.
How about {vorel the hull clade} and {fathom Mage} for some serious draw power
I agree, also fond of {Urban Evolution}.
Pair him with {gideon, champion of justice}, swing big and double each turn!

Use Gideon's ability to become a critter, then vorel him...
oh, haha yup... *facepalm*!
Gideon Vs tokens deck :| + hull clade...nasty
Gideon can attack on your turn right when you switch him to a creature?
Alright. Can Gideon's effect be activated on an opponents turn to be set up as a blocker?

I've heard the other way. I was lead to believe Gideon could NOT attack as a creature the turn he came down. anyone want to clear this up?
If you use tge 0, he becomes a creature. He can be affected by summoning sickness but if he has been your card since the start of turn he has no sickness

right, so Gideon can not attack the first turn he comes down.
In addition, when he reverts back, it doubles the Loyalty counters as well

{Gideon champion of justice}
So no drop and whack?
And what was that about doubled loyalty?
nope no wham bam thank you.... you get it... i think he was talking about if you zero him then vorel the counters would double when he went back to walker form.
it actually frustrates me that GId cant attack first turn. all other PW abilities can be used so why not that one? muph.....

And just a thought, but if it looks like they are gonna womp your {Gideon champion of justice} with a large attack, can you pop him into beast mode and dodge it?
pretty sure you answered this question a while back haha sorcery speed my friend.
How about {nimbus swimmer}?
1 - Forest, dork.
2 - island, vorel.
3 - island, swimmer as a 2/2.
4 - forest, vorel the swimmer, untap him, repeat. swing with 8/8 flier.
