For white control i like to have {blind obedience} in there as it both slows your opponent down and offers the option of extort on the side for just 2 mana.
also {rest in peace} in the side for graveyard hate?

At a pretty high mana cost... (4 to cast and 4 per cleric)
Ill proxy it in place of the Elocutors though. Lemme post some of the other changes I was thinking of.
