Title: Slivers??
Post by: Juggalonoke on September 16, 2013, 10:41:10 PM
Are slivers even a viable standerd competitive deck idea at the moment? (If built correctly) because I just went 3-1 at my local draft with a tribal sliver deck...

They MIGHT be in the right meta. The truth is, a simple control spell or two in an opponents hand disrupts Slivers long enough to break them. It's saddening

It's possible but once ur set up if ur opponent has a board wipe ur in a bad situation so I would recommend naya slivers with legions innitiative and boros charms for protection from board wipes

You might want to consider WBR slivers. WR for resilience and B to preserve your life total with the lifelink sliver/remove problem creatures/planeswalkers. If you plan on playing before ISD rotates, play {Descendants' Path}.
