It's a good list, competive. I don't know. I would find a spot for {Mutagenic Growth} free pump is always good.
I'd also consider {Delver of Secrets} with all the instant sorc it won't be hard to flip him and give you a good two turns of swinging in the air before the cyclops goes off.
Uh, very nice! I didn't think at The growt and also the blue guy is a good defense! I'll try to put something away, for 4 {Mutagenic Growth} at least!
In a good way this is the cheapest competitive modern deck I've seen that could actually work.
Ok, away 2 {dynacharge}, 1 {brute force} and 1 {Peer Through Depths}! Do you know other spells costing 1 phyrexian Mana?
4 {apostle blessing} for "DON'T STOP ME NOW" effect and protection!

Ok! What about Now ? I switched {Peer Through Depths} with 2 {index} for The cost, even if they don't give me card advantage. But in this deck Mana is too important...
I've tested it with iMtG, give me victory at 4-6 turn, I've to accelerate...
I thought about taking off counterspells and putting 3 {pented prism}, 1 {Blighted Agent}, 1 {brute force} and 3 {merchant scroll}... I'ts dangerous, but it accelerates a lot! What about? :)
However The scroll is usefull only for {Distortion Strike}, so I think 2 {Sleight of Hand} and another one {Gitaxian Probe} are better
5 counterspell in main for any case and side full, just against counter-decks, shot-decks and 3 boing just for annoying cards like {Blazing Archon}
