{Palisade Giant} + {Indestructibility} does lethal damage kill it?
Nope. Indestructibily means a creature ignores "destroy" effects and does not die from damage, no matter how much damage it recieves (lethal or beyond). Palisade Giant with Indestructibility takes a beating and stands there, laughing.
I just got wrecked :/
It's also like {Stuffy doll} and {Pariah}... They're screwed.

unless their creatures have unblickable or flying or they use burn or exile it or have hoards of 1/1 tokens, ect.

No, if they deal damage they take that damage instead...

It doesn't matter, if they try to deal damage to you, it is instead dealt to {Stuffy Doll} and because {Pariah} is attached to {Stuffy Doll} all of the damage is redirected to the player you targeted when Stuffy ETBed.
Ok so just the exile then. Cross your fingers if they play white.
Only solution.
Or.....hope your opponent does the same thing for an infinite loop!!!
Oh god... You just broke magic... Again...

When was the first time?
When {Furnace of Wrath} is played with {Blind Fury} with {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn}
In my playgroup we have a running joke. Give "assassin" ({vraska the unseen} token ability) and unblockable to {phantasmal bear}. It goes to graveyard. Cast {defy death} on the dead {phantasmal bear} and exile it. And whatever you do, don't try to bring it back from exile, we tried that once and had to start MtG over from scratch...
