I need a judge ruling on this (i.e too lazy to read the rulebook).

Will this count as 1 win or 2? In a set, could you potentially win game 1 or 2?

No. The stack will resolve as such:

"Win the game" (copied ability)
"Win the game" (original ability)

So after one resolves, you win, nulling everything else on the stack.

Another example.

2 opponents, both at 3 life

One casts {Searing Spear} targeting the opponent, and in response, the other player casts {Searing Spear}. The second spear resolves first, causing the person who cast the second spear to win first, instead of a draw.

The 2 games are completely seperate,  {Strionic Resonator} will not win you the second game.
