I recommend sticking with more 3 or 4 ofs, to help the consistency

Looks like a draft/sealed deck. Find cards you like and play 3-4 of them. Consistancy is key

Most mill decks, this not an exception I think, suffer greatly from Aggro and tokens, since they're not fast enough. The two best things to add to mill are:
Esper, adding white Lifegain,

Or blue Control.

Trust me, I've played both, and they work like a charm if you do it right.
