Anyway this is my first EDH deck I have never played EDH bfr, then I would like to ask for ur opinion. (I have troed to make one decklist bfr for Glissa but I gave up on her)

Damn, whitedrake, that's some serious value for an EDH deck. You have cards in there that, by themselves, out value two or three entire EDH decks of mine. :P

I do not have few cards... As I do not own Flooded Strand yet and few minors... But that's the deck I would like to play... I really like Arbiter and he seems to be really nice commander...:)

Agustin is definitely a fun control commander.

The only thing I can think of to add is a few blue staples like {Spell Crumple} and {Hinder}, and you might need more draw power to keep the control flowing. Dudecore's sticky has all the real staples for the format if you want to browse and see if anything fits your deck/whimsy :P

Yeah I was looking at those two and also that fearie counterspell... I think I could swap few cards...;)

I am thinking about adding {Impulse}

 {Orim's Chant} +  {Isochron Scepter} is great in this style of deck.

Slightly adjusted by new cards from Theros...;)
