Yep! Right in the rulings from Gatherer:
1/22/2011 The emblems are cumulative. If you get two of them, creatures you control will get +2/+0.

You could also use the new elspeth when that comes out to get an emblem for +2/+2 in your deck if your going w/b

Proliferate is my best friend where Planeswalkers are concerned, like {Steady Progress}, {Tezzeret's Gambit} or {Contagion Clasp}. May help especially if you wanna pop off two Emblems.

I think sorin's emblem is the only "cumulative" emblem. The others are redundant.
{Venser, the sojourner} is cumulative

Wouldn't {garruk, caller of beasts} let you fetch 2 creatures with 2 emblems (assuming that you weren't trying to win or something since his -3 is a game changer)
Yes. It's just like Venser's in that it has a triggered ability, so multiple emblems would trigger separately.
