If I cast (Jarad's Orders) to pull out 2 (Demigod of revenge) can I still use demigods ability when I play it even thought the one in the graveyard was never on the battlefield?

If you means whether demigod #2 in grave will return to battlefield when you cast #1, yes, since it did not differentiate how it went into the grave in its text.
