Hey guys,if any of you work out kn the treadmill,could you recommend me a time timmit and a speed?Need some help to stay in shape.

It depends on how in shape you are now for instance your 5'9140 and have a light but muscular build I'd say go for ten mins at a slight incline then go do something else then come back on the treadmill to cool down

From my personal experience the best way to stay in shape is to stop eating that much ;)

I'd run a little less then that and bulk up start lifting just remember do you even lift bro or does thou even heft bretheren

If this is the case you won't bulk up at all without changing your eating habits first. Protein brotha. Depending on your age, your metabolism will be to high for you to just excise to put on muscle. You'll need to try to put on some fat at the same time. If you start exercising you'll be burning way too many calories and won't have much of anything to turn into muscle. My cousin is ripped out and if he doesn't eat 6+ times a day he starts dropping weight scary fast, and I'm talking meals not snAcks.

For running try C25K. Its an app that works pretty well.

Run until you can't run anymore, I normally would run for 3 minutes and walk a minute (but take into account I was boxing at the time) until I couldn't do it anymore, when you can't go anymore, your done. Then you hit weights, work abs, and then legs. If you still have energy in the end, you didn't work hard enough. Follow that with protein so your not destroyed the next day. Headphones are your friend, score some ladies. Get at it.
