need to be standard... not vault of the archangel... looking specifically for red black or green cards (or any combo of the three) and preferably return to ravnica or later sets

{Deadly Allure}, {Maze Abomination}, {Necrobite}, {Nightshade Peddler}, {Ogre Slumlord}, {Serpent's Gift}, {Vault of the Archangel}, {Vial of Poison}, {Wasteland Viper}
Those are all the cards in Standard that give Deathtouch to another creature. Hope this helps.

Back during avacyn draft days, I quickly became dubbed as "the necrobite guy," after three drafts in a row where I sported 3 or more necrobites. Everyone was passing hard on black (it was "weak" in the set, or so everyone said, so I kept taking it since it was wide open) and even if they had black, no one took necrobite, passing it over as a "mediocre 3-mana trick." I changed some minds after annoying the hell out of everyone with that card.

Anyway, to make my post actually useful to the OP... {Basilisk Collar}, {Gorgon Flail}, and {Quietus Spike} are all equipment that give Deathtouch, and equipment is nice and reusable! Basilisk Collar is the best of em.
Edit: gah, just reread that you need standard. You're stuck with the options that the above wonderful folks have mentioned, I'm afraid.
