Title: Bizzare card
Post by: Taysby on August 27, 2013, 09:59:42 PM
What is the most bizzare card?  The one that makes you go "wait, what?  It does what?  Why?"

{goblin test pilot}
Also my least favorite card. I didnt like it's uselessness when I first saw it and then when I heard how it was made I was down right pissed. For those that don't know this card is the product of someone falling asleep during a design meeting and waking up to the question: "we need and izzet uncommon, any ideas?"

{Wood Elemental}

Just...so......o.0
I mean, i had to read it multiple times just to see if i read it correctly, because that's so bad !!

Oh, and i agree with the post above, {Sarrow's Path}, so bad it's complicated !!

Return to hand at the end of each opponents turn. Then replay on your turn to trigger {Hedron Crab}.

you could actually get it to a decent power and toughness if you had flickered it into play

Just run a card that could increase its toughness upon entering

also. They didn't say "we need an izzet common."
He said that they asked for something that meets certain requirements, but didn't specify what they were.

And by the way. The card I showed you has 0 toughness in case you read it too fast

{goblin game}. It doesn't seem like a magic card. Anybody playing {R} should have one in their deck. It's a hoot!

Actually this is a pretty nifty card since you don't have to put the entire casting cost in.

It was great fun to sink a ton of mana into a {Drain Life} or {Fireball} and exile it then cast it later and dump even more to it. Ka-boom!

I doesn't have to be bad, just really bizzare.  {icy cauldron} fits.  But I think the best one is {game of chaos}

Oh I agree it is bizzare. I think it too me a few weeks to figure it out when I pulled it. Was just a random comment. :)

I once resolved this on cockatrice in an EDH game. All of my opponents abruptly conceded.

I would love to run this card in an Azorius stall deck that I have! The deck just counters, taps and kills stuff and the only reason for the deck is to take forever. The deck usually takes two hours to play a game and annoys that .poo. out of people.

Why would you put three counters on it? ???

;)

Because two is not enough. 4 is too many, and 5 is out right.

{floral spuzzem} was worded pretty funny too, it says that the spuzzem chooses to destroy something, not the player. Then you gotta sit around waiting for it to make up its mind, it could take all day.
