Anything repeatable is good.

{Sands of Delerium}
{Jace's Archivist}
{Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker}

Hitting all opponents is nice

{Mind Grind}

And there are combos!

Infinite mana combo + {Increasing Confusion}
{Undercity Informer} + {Tenacious Dead}/{Reassembling Skeleton} + mana
{Balustrade Spy} + {Deadeye Navigator} or other repeated bounce/flicker

Agreed, throw in a bunch of mill and these creatures get scary quickly. An artifact that is beautiful is  {Sands of Delirium}.

Sorry, just noticed sands was mentioned.

Is it worth trying to mill in EDH/Commander? I'd like to give it a shot myself, but 100 cards is a lot of milling to survive through... especially if you've got more than 2 opponents.

Well that's why you don't do just mill. My mill EDH is like 2/3 mill and 1/3 graveyard theft. Just use their deck against them. And I can easily mill a full deck in one turn using any one of numerous strategies. You just have to be smart about what you put into the deck. Against multiple opponents don't be aggressive. Save your good stuff and go off in one turn. Mill one opponent out, half of another opponent, then steal everyone's good creatures out of their graveyard to set yourself up for when they come after you.

And this is why my local playgroup has adopted the strategy that quiet person who just sits there with no threats is the one you should be worried about :P

Funny combo with {Nicol Bolas} is to have him hit somebody with an old card that says, if somebody would discard a card, mill one instead.  It's it REALLY FUNNY when it happens. :)
