Make room for boros charm? It complements tons of decks. Just so much utility

-4 {Lava Axe}, +4 {Boros Charm}. It does one less damage for 3 less mana, and has other uses. No brainer. Oh, a 7/7 Tajic is unblocked because they don't wanna lose their guy? Give it double strike and win.

Bump it up to 24/25 lands? Seems a little bit light IMO
