This deck is so odd it's hard to get a read on how effective it is. How has your play testing gone so far?
Biggest problems I get is any form of removal can ruin your day. You need at least one biovisionary to survive. Simic charm is the only real protection you have in the deck. Long as they can't kill all of your creatures you can more than often get by without too much trouble.
My local meta is mainly aggro decks which is why this works out for me. I would like to try and make the deck more favorable against control decks but I then end up playing something else entirely. So if anyone has suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
Add so you can have mass removals like {Terminus} and {Supreme Verdict}. Play you creatures intelligently
If you want protection try things like {Ranger's Guile} it works well vs. control (well for a turn) but sometimes that all you need

I like verdict in fog decks as well.
You can also run garruk primal hunter. He'll make blockers or draw you much needed fogs.
The new {Elite Arcanist} could have you infinite {Fog}, but he has to stay around

I like that card in this deck. Exile a fog and hold a bunch of counter spells. +1 sir
Problem with board wipes is that it is very counterintuitive when your win condition is your creatures.
Elite arcanist + fog or dissipate could be useful though. I will give that a try.

A USA build featuring this guy could be pretty good. End of your turn {boros charm} you, in response {boros charm} indestructible
{Stolen Identity}?

{Stolen Identity}?
I like stolen identity over mimic. Sadly, this deck won't get dmg through so all identity will do is copy thragtusks
Progenitor Mimic is a 6 drop that takes some time to set up. Infinite Reflection can end the game I play it, since All I have to do is put it on to {Biovisionary} and all my other nontoken creatures will become Biovisionary.
If I manage to squeeze in the Elite Arcanists and a set of Dissipates instead of Terrifying Presence, I should be fine since I can counter, fog, or use Simic Charm to give everything hexproof. The only thing I would have to watch out for at that point is Mutilate and Supreme Verdict.
I made the deck to avoid playing 3 colors, as there is a {Burning Earth} deck floating around in my local meta, else I would have played with the BANT Turbo Fog shell.
Have you tried {Infinite Reflections} before the rotation?
Yes, I have tried Infinite Reflections before, it gets the job done when I need to mass clone something. It is why I have it in the deck.

Good point burning earth does work. What about {farseek} to ramp into your combo faster, or {elvish mystic}?
