I think mill is fun but I am not so sure it is viable in standard right now IMHO. Sorry to sound pessimistic.

I don't like {forbidden alchemy} I think you could find something better to replace.
In my green/blue mill deck, which is posted, I use {increasing confusion}, {mindcrank}, {shriekgeist} and {jace, memory adept} to name a few
Updated what do u guys think do I need black destruction or is it fine with out and what to change if so
Also I dunno about everyone else, but I like to use {undead alchemist} with milling, it both gives you creatures for everyone of theirs you dump, and then it exiles them so they can't bring em back :)
Adding him what to drop
Either negate or dissipate personally, by then if you drop too many spells delver wouldn't be as effective.

Updated can it compete is it fast enough? I will try it at FNM if I can get all the card together only missing a few
