If I have a {possibility storm} out and I cast a planeswalker. I exile it and reveal cards till I find another of the same type. Well what if I only play one planeswalker in the entire deck? Self mill?
Also what if there are multiple possibility storms out, do they trigger off of each other infinitely?
Yes. They trigger infinitely. Also, it would be a self mill because you would have to find another but run out before you do.

Ok so I'm trying to use {laboratory maniac} to win. When I run out of deck does the ability stop and then can I say pass turn? Comes back to me and game?
....no
Youre not drawing cards therefore you are not losing the game. You fail to find and put everything on bottom.
It isn't really mill, and why would 2 make infinite? You cast a card from hand, both trigger with the card type, first one exiles it, exile till shared cast without cost, next storm resolves do it again. Those aren't cast from hand so they won't trigger again. The other part, the milling, is also fixed with the last part of the card. It doesn't say you must find a card it looks through the deck to ind another which you cast. If it can't find one, you just successfully shuffled your deck that's all.

Yes, both storms will trigger using the same card type

Technically you can go in all sorts of directions with a possibility storm deck and a milling version would work just fine.
One more question :)
Does my opponent get to cut the cards reveled and shuffled to the bottom of the deck? They keep asking me if they can cut anywhere from 2 to 28 cards.
Yes, it is supposed to be random.

Yes, both storms will trigger using the same card type
Can someone please elaborate on how this plays itself out?

Giggleflat explained it a few posts up but essentially you do it twice, meaning you get two spells from one.
