Whats the cheapest card in magic? I don't mean cheap as in price, but the card that makes you wanna quit the game and punch babies holding kittens. For me it's Jace all because he has a zero ability that makes me mill ten cards. That's just so cheap and annoying it should at least be a -1 ability.

{Jace, the Mind Sculptor}s final ability combined with {Rings of Brighthearth}. Too be honest, Jace is just plain cheap...
{praetors grasp} and another card that I can't remember it's name but it makes you choose a new hand for an opponent from his/her library.
