I have 2 {havoc festival}'s and would like to utilize them somehow in a deck. Anyone have suggestions or personal combos for it?

Have you tried using them with {Rakdos, Lord of Riots}?
{phyrexian arena}
{paradox haze}! Give them two upkeeps and make them lose half there life twice a turn
Also, isn't there a card were when opponents lose life you gain that much life?

{Exquisite Blood} but you can't gain life because of Havoc.
If it helps anyone, I want to make it {U}{R}{B}

ok, than {paradox haze} definitely works...oh! And {strionic resonator} to give them yet another upkeep to lose even more life
{Strionic Resonater}. Might be wrong, but isn't it a game win?

if they were at something like 16 life, losing half would put them at 8. Than the hazes effect would put them at 4. And copying the ability would put them at 2. So I don't think so
On second thought. You can skip the haze and just use the resonator
Not game. It's half rounded up, so once they are at 1, havoc festival stops doing anything. They just stay at 1, damn math.
That said, don't forget closer cards to finish them off like...
{bump in the night}
{touch of death} (love the grin)

No, it's rounded up. Half of one is 0.5. You round up the damage, so it deals one damage.
No. You CANNOT die from havoc festival. You lose half your life, rounded up. Half of 1 is 0.5. 0.5 rounded up is 1.
Ok, now I'm reading it and retracting...lol... You lose half your life, rounded up. Sooooo you lose .5 rounded to 1. So yes it does kill you.lol
You lose half your life rounded up. Half of one is 0.5. That rounded up is one. You lose one life.

My uncle keeps telling me it wouldn't kill someone if they're at 1. I explained it the same way that is on this thread, and he still said it wouldn't kill someone. Is there a ruling against it?

It's as Double-O says. You are LOSING life = 1/2 rounded up, not SETTING your life total to 1/2 rounded up.
If you are at 1...
CALCULATE:
1/2 of 1 = .5, rounded up = 1
You LOSE 1 life.
1-1=0. You are dead.

That's what I tried explaining to my uncle, hopefully this will convince him.
