Then I asked if anyone wanted to sell me their {hallowed fountain}. And one guy was like "sure, or trade what are they on tcgplayer? Like 7 $?"
Goes through my binder says "I don't think I can add up to the {godless shrine} ." I was like dont care give me your fountain. " he done said nah bro I want you to come back and trade with me again." I was like don't care give me your fountain lol.
So he asks about {aetherling} and says something about 5 $. Im like sure -hands cash- and im all like you forgot your aetherling. And.he's like "nah its fine you'd have lost 2 $"
And im just like yay five dolla fountain yall
{AEtherling} will jump so high. I am glad I got a foil for twenty dollars.
._. I always feel so pathetic.... My most expensive card is a {door of destinies} like wtf. I have almost 200 cards now. I guess I just suck at getting good pulls XD

I wanted to be somewhat comical to add entertainment my post. I didn't really talk like that at all. I'm just as polite in person as I am on here. I have a pretty good repoir at my lgs and I'm happy with my repoir here to.

Ok disregaurd my edit I meant to hit quote.. I didnt know I could edit other peoples posts!
Anyway this is what I was trying to say
Start with a box so your gaurenteed something good of value.. or draft more.
Then up trade as much as you can to increase your individual card values (3-5 low $ rares for 1 mid $ rare. And so on)
Then trade for more of what you want or if you don't care about trading.. buy all of the singles.
Patrons can edits others posts when it is a thread that they have started. :)

I love trading and dealing with ignorant people. You'd think people would spend the twenty seconds to look up prices before throwing away their cards. A friend of a friend at my LGS opened a {Voice of Resurgence} back around when MM came out and it was around $50 and almost traded it for 3 packs before I stopped him and looked up the price. My other friend opened a {Kalonian Hydra} two weeks ago and before I could say something traded it for a pack.
