I wouldn't put knight of glory in the side. Moran crusade would be better with his protections and innate double strike. You may consider something like wingcrafter to go over top most decks. You should also include removal, Such as 4x path to exile MB. Pitting needle and grafdiggers cages in the side are like catch-all artifacts. You may also consider faith's shield to protect your single attacking creature.
What about Dauntless Escort?
Try Rootborn Defenses, since you have a few tokens anyway. Another good play with that is attack with Geist, play Rootborn, populate your angel and make your Geist that much more intimidating since they can't block and kill.
Only token I run is Geist Angel. But indestructible is nice. I might put it in SB thanks!
No problem, and you might consider running a couple cards like hands of binding or hidden strings that cipher onto your guy and let you take full advantage of double strike. Hand if binding is a free spell or it lets you untap your lands for their turn/give your guy pseudo vigilance. Totally a preference call, though I've been playing two strings in my standard Izzet Blitz deck.
Sublime archangel is bad in modern. She neve sticks in my experience (running gw, working my way into bant ATM). You might try running enchantments for some extra dodge. My favorite is celestial mantle, as it lets you block all in aggro decks like infect. Others to consider include spectral flight, rancor, and steel of the godhead (last one makes Geist a nightmare)
