I figured I'd do a silly knock off thread of the planeswalker thread and make one were you turn the person above you into a mechanic instead
Birdbrain - {X}{G} Target player discards cards equal to X.
PRAYOS- teleport- {U}{B}{1}
Target player gains control of PRAYOS tapped until end of turn.
So that you can protect against him being burned or stuff.
Mlearner. {X}{U}{U}
Draw x cards, if one of those cards has reminder text, you have an unlimited hand size until the end of turn. If not, discard half of those cards, rounded down.

if it also gave you an effect depending on the spells CMC, you could essentially pull a feint on the opponent and mAke the game unexpected

Put a 2/2 dragon token with flying onto the battlefield, if you have ten or less life, put three of these tokens onto the battlefield instead.
Ice Scythe {1}{U} - Whenever a player casts a spell with the same color of this card,you may tap target creature,that creature does not intap during it's controller's next untap step.
IntoFire- whenever a creature is dealt damage, you may have that creature deal X damage to target creature of player. X is equal to that creature's power.

The1337Magician- whenever you play a spell, opponents mills 1. If a spell you control gets countered, opponents mill 5.

Blessing-When this creature enters the battlefield put a prayer counter on it.

This would be the counter part to fly
Green would finnaly have evasion with creatures like Wurms and Oozes, etc,...
And Red with Hellions and such...

Leadership (A creature with leadership gets +1/+1 when attacking for each other attacking creature.)
For example a 2/2 creature with leadership, when attacking with 3 creatures including the creature with leadership, the leadership creature gets +2/+2

Masterful mixture: as long as this creature is in play, if you control a two color deck, all colored mana symbols may be paid by either color.

I like this idea although that's a powerful mechanic. I'd probly only be able to see it being used with rare cards.
