Hmm. I guess I could try vampire night hawk instead and just side dusk mantles in when needed. I forgot about the unburial rites and barons. Thanks

Maybe splash red instead of blue? It opens you up to so many powerful vampire cards (and removal)

If you want earlier Vamps, you could run Tithe Drinker. Also, what about Call of the Kindred?

Why {Restoration Angel}? You have no creatures with ETB's.

I like resto in this deck because I can hold up kill spell if needed then flash in the angel. a 3/4 flier that can can protect the vamps. But yea, I see your reasoning

I could run tithe drinker. I just prefer creatures with a little more toughness.

As for call of the kindred, it's a fairly effective card if it lives through its first upkeep. Its incredibly vulnerable to any creature removal or enchantment removal.

It has zero early game. Agro decks will run over you. Child of night is pretty good. Hold kill spells and swing with the child and you just win against Agro and most midrange

I was thinking child of night, but child of night is a bad draw past turn 3. I might need more kill spell to deal with early aggro tho, yea
