Title: soulbond and mutavault
Post by: rarehuntertay on August 11, 2013, 09:58:20 AM
Let's say I have {Wolfir Silverheart} on the field, and i activate {Mutavault}, turning it into a creature. Can I bond these two together? If so, can I continuously do that every turn? Thanks for the info!

No. Soulbond says "whenever either enters the battlefield." Mutavault is already on the battlefield and thus can't trigger soulbond.
I guess you could activate Mutavault and then play Wolfir, but then you just have a 5/5 land until end of turn. Then they Un-bond when it isn't a creature.
