I'm working on a casual deck and I'm looking for the absolute best ETB effects on creatures with CMC 4 or less. Any color is fine, but white is preferred. Any ideas?
Mmmm, I do love me some weenies. I personally like goldnight commander for mono white human weenies. Ooh and then kessig malcontents for either Boros humans or naya humans.
I don't know if it fits your criteria but I live {Champion of the Parish}.
Any particular format? Or just straight casual?

Throw in {Whitemane Lion} to troll any attackers
A good card for ETB decks is a {Roaring Primadox}. Bounce your own creatures, play them, their effect triggers. Bounce them, play them, effect.

Edit: no, {deputy of acquittals} would be better. You could block with a creature, than return it to your hand before something happens

{Paradox Haze} for the most out of emeria.
{Azorius Herald} could be fun for life gain. {Flame-Kin Zealot} is always interesting. And {Gwyllion Hedge-Mage} could pop out some tokens for ya

Thanks for the ideas, everyone! {Paradox Haze} is particularly genius. And some of these creatures are great!!! One creature I found during my search that wasn't mentioned was {Inquisitor Exarch}. I will let you guys know when I post the deck list, keep the ideas coming!

I actually was fiddling with an ETB deck idea a while back. It used {champion of the perish} and lots of creatures with ETB effects plus {deputy of acquittals}

Dig up some old pod deck lists, that should give you a bunch of cool ideas. :)
