{Hex parasite} + any creature with undying.
Simple and easy, undying creatures only die when they have +1/+1 counters on them and since {hex parasite} eats counters for breakfast, have fun using you're truly undying creatures. ({Vampire hexmage} works but it's a one time use)

If you're playing casual, {Aether Snap} is awesome:
Kills all Planeswalkers
Reboots levers
GTFO's all tokens
Resets all your undying creatures

No big deal with hundreds of people on here and some post spammers its gonna happen. I would rather see the same combo pop up ever few weeks then miss a good one because someone is afraid to post one because they think it already happened.
Plus with all the new people joining they might have missed that one and didn't dig back enough to see it
{Fume Spitter} works great with undying.
