All sliver decks should include 4  {Mutavault}

I honestly don't see why. Sure, you get a 2/2 that's still a land and gets the beefyness of the other slivers, but to me, adding that into a sliver deck just distracts from getting more slivers out that make your entire army stronger.

But it's a 2 for 1 and a powerful asset late game

I don't think Mutavault is worth the price. Those 4 cards would double the value of the deck and not really contribute much. I'd rather stick with the odds of getting out basic lands, a Manaweft Sliver and/or a chromatic lantern in order to make my big moves. While a major point of the deck is to put out lots of slivers, the primary objective is to buff the slivers. Hive Stirrings does the job of getting out slivers in numbers, and as the second poster stated, Mutavault is just a distraction from the purpose of the deck. If it gave you 1 mana of any color it would be a different story, but like you said, it is only useful late-game once you have enough mana to cast your slivers.

I think u meant to title it "m14 sliver deck" not "m14 silver deck"

They told me I couldn't name it that and I figured everyone would initially read it as "sliver deck" anyway

I was confused about the whole "silver" or "sliver" thing for a while. I finally figured it out after a DailyMTG article about slivers. I originally thought it was silvers and my friend thought it was slivers and by the time I finally figured out it was slivers, my friend was convinced it was silvers. So confusing!
