Well if you going for lots of life for post rotation you could add 1 or 2  {Archangel of Thune} and  2 {Path of Bravery} for the extra life and damage. Also since  {Vampire Nighthawk} is rotating out maybe 3  {Fiendslayer Paladin} is a possibility if you can get some

I would say add in another elixir of immortality into your sideboard.
