Title: Undying ruling
Post by: Uniquesoul on March 07, 2012, 08:29:13 PM
If I Black Sun zenith  the field, and say one of my creature has undying, and already obtain its +1 counter, would it return after it was black sun, or +1 and -1 are completely different counters?

So I read the forum, when does exactly the negative counters kick in to nullify the +1 counter from and undying after activation of a (Black sun zenith)?

Right after the sun resolves, simultaneously with the creature going to the GY. They will nullify each other as soon as possible except in the situation of death

If the creature survives, the +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters will nullify the next time someone gets priority.
