Title: buying fat pack card guides
Post by: DirtyMustachio on July 26, 2013, 07:16:22 PM
you know the guides that come in fat packs that show each card in the set?

i'm willing to buy the ones from these sets because honestly i don't care to get any more packs or care about the contents of a fatpack. my LGS sells 3$ a pack or 7 for 20$ so I really just can't justify buying a fatpack .... like ever... 15$ more for 2 packs and some stuff that may look cool but i could get free of otherwise.. no thanks i'll just pay another 5$ and get another 7 packs instead.

anyway I really have no idea what to value them but if i subtract the pack cost at 3$ a pack its about 35-27 = 8$ so i'd guess the dice are about a dollar and the box and lands

anyway I'll be willing to give in cash value or card value your choice from my binder or pocket 2$ a card guide

ones i'm looking are, Gatecrash, Dragon's maze, M14

lol i'll even do this, 10$ if you offer me all three at once.

and i'll already announce i'll give 5$ for the theros one for the first person who decides to trade me it, though i won't be paying it out until the fat packs are here.

in any case, this will really help me out so i can just buy more booster boxes and you guys can raid my trade binder after the fact.

People sell them for 6-8 on eBay. It is meant to be 3 a pack, 6-8 for the book, 4-6 for the box, 2 for the die.. That is how eBay prices them:))) I have only bought 2 fat packs, but I collect the booklets because because they help organizing so much:)
