I almost never play standard so that in mind. How does this look. Tenacious dead as a semi immortal chump blocker and sacrificial lamb till either boiling newts kill or exquisite blood and sanguine bond combo.

It takes more mana than he's worth to keep him alive. Nice thought though

He is mostly meant for repeated sacrificing to Bairn and the cauldron. He also makes a pretty good chump blocker.

It uses up too much mana per turn. Each sac or chump costs you 2 mana. In order for you to keep him alive, you have to leave 2 mana open at ALL times

26 Lands also seems like too much, try cutting it back to 24 and adding two {lilianas reaver}, a nice 4/3 deathrouch body who produces chump blockers/sacrificial targets and causes hand disruption? She could be a win con in and of herself. Otherwise, sweet deck idea!
