Is there a card that has a triggered ability that flickers two permanents you control? Speacificly artifacts
A triggered ability? Are you sure you don't mean an activated ability? Or is this for Resonator?

The resonator is going in any deck I make that has Titans in it.
Most of my deck that I'm building right now has lots of triggered abilities that it could copy. I didn't even build the deck for the resonator. It was a bit of serindipity
