{Mutilate} is a great card, I just think your a few swamps short of having it being in its maximum capacity here. You only have 8 swamps and playing with that card you may or may not see more than 2 or three swamps when you want to cast it. Just a thought, might want to try replacing it with something else, it just seems like its a mono type or maybe a black with a small splash of a 2nd color to make sure it works the right way for you

3-4 Augur of Bolas will help draw you the instants you need when you need them.

Sign in blood seems a little mana intensive for this deck.

Try some simic charms or cyclonic rifts. They work wonders in blue-green control.

How does disciple work out in your deck? I don't see enough creatures/ tokens that make it worth it.

I really like the augur idea. I will be removing the mutilates and the disciples. They aren't always dead cards but more often than not I'm holding them wanting something else.

Without the {sign in blood} and the {disciple of bolas} I lose a lot of draw power. Any recs for replacing that.

Augur of bolas to find sorcs/instants to fit any situation.

Sadly, think twice doesn't flow with your deck. You could possibly wiggle them in, but then you'd be running a different deck. Try more garruk primal speaker. I really love him for his drawpower.

Looking over your deck again.

ONE vraska in the main is fine. It's more of a sideboard card.
Cut both psychic strikes and add dissipates.

BUG is normally a tempo deck, but you seem to be pushing for a long Grindy control match. 4 thragtusks, maybe desecration demons, and other late game creatures. If you play the 4-drop jace, you can play a solid finisher like a single worldspine wurm.
