Notes:
I don't have many modern mill cards, but I have some. Rough draft, not even play tested, but I used to have a mill a LOT like this that won consistently. Sideboard isn't working, so here it is: {Call of the Nightwing}, {Butcher of Malakir}, {Wit's End}, {Duress}, {Last Thoughts} (might go in for good), {Crosstown Courier}, {Hands of Binding}, {Gitaxian Probe}, {Death's Approach}, and {Shadow Slice}. Suggestions?

I just think its too many creatures for a mill deck, and the 1 and 2 of cards just makes it soo hard to be consistent, but that's just my 2ยข

Good start, consistency needs a little work. Mill is actually very viable if built properly. There is actually an infinite mill combo that you can build around, or simply mill their face off. I prefer the latter. I have a Mill/Control build I run and it is so much fun, people either hate it or love it, simply because of the archetype. I can bump it if you'd like some pointers.
